ARGUS Enterprise: (ASC) TradVal Retake Exam (EMEA)

This challenging program is recognised by the industry as a resumé asset, and the ASC designation ensures professionals have the skills required for the role.

You will have 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam. The exam consists of two sections:

• Section 1: 75 Multiple Choice and/or True/False questions.
• Section 2: Model a case study and answer 15 questions about the case. You will need a working copy of ARGUS Enterprise to complete Section 2. The case study property type will be Office, Retail, or Mixed Use (Office/Retail).

The online exam may be taken at any time, but it must be completed prior to the deadline noted in your profile.

You will receive exam log in and setup instructions via email once the module is assigned. Email Training@altusgroup.com with any questions.

Passing Requirement: To successfully pass the certification exam and earn ASC designation, users must achieve a minimum score of 70% or higher on each section of the exam. Any score below 70% on either section is considered a non-passing result, regardless of decimal value (e.g., 69.9% does not meet the passing requirement).

Retake Policy: Users who do not achieve a passing score (70% or higher on both sections) may purchase a retake exam for an additional fee.

Certification Validity: Upon successful completion, users achieve certified status in ARGUS Enterprise. Certification is valid for two years and can be renewed by completing the recertification exam.
